The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of distinguished expert form various
walks of Life. The management of organization is carried on by an Executive Committee. At the Apex
Level, the Foundation has the benefit of advice and guidance form its Advisory Council comprising of eminent persons with expertise in aviation, tourism, environment, management and international affairs around the world. The Advisory Council acts as the policy making and deliberative body.
